As you can see, I’m experimenting with a new theme for the site, based on the template from . I’ve still got quite a ways to go with the conversion to phptemplate, so some pages on the site will still look pretty bad (check the links directory, for example). I’m using the from the good folks at to change the theme in the admin section. Right now it’s just stock bluemarine. The problem with fixed-width themes like this one (and just about every other one that looks WordPress-ish) is that Drupal’s admin pages can use some very wide tables, which will cause all sorts of problems for themers. The solution is to have phptemplate change the theme when we get in to the admin pages, to use a theme that can handle the big tables.
