I used to use MacJournal for everything, from blogging (it’s got bloggerapi support) to general note taking. Since then, I’ve seen the error of my ways and now either write stuff in my paper planner or I use vim. Nevertheless, MacJournal is an excellent app.

The author decided that, beginning with version 3, MacJournal would no longer be free (gratis). Version 2.6, the last free version, is available at this link. I can’t fault him; MacJournal’s wonderful stuff.
