One of the more visually glaring bug/features in Mac OS X Leopard is the Dock’s “Stacks” have icons that represent the contents of the stack, rather than an overall description of the stack itself. Stacks Overlays are icons that are mostly transparent that can be used as a sort of ‘wrapper’ around the default look, giving meaning to the stack itself. Very clever.
