Getting Things Done, an organizational system developed by David Allen, from the book of the same name. Emphasizes bottom-up instead of top-down, like many systems before it (ahem Covey ahem). Works particulary well with the growing number of informational workers, like programmers, webdesigners, and sysadmins, which explains its popularity throughout the blogosphere.
